Box Clad Garden Rooms and Studios are modular studios designed to create the ideal space for you to work from home, zoom your yoga classes or even build your Lego. Crafted to fit any space, our garden rooms and studios are available in many sizes offering impressive internal areas. Our smallest being just 4.85m2.

Well, it’s enough space for a large desk, along with shelving, floor standing storage… and you could still swing your cat in there*.
*however, we don’t condone swinging your cat anywhere.

Hand-built and fully installed within 3 days, from £17,499
Our garden rooms and studios are offered in many different sizes, fully insulated and built off-site and then installed on-site within a few days with a normal lead time of 4-6 weeks. An environmentally friendly ground screw foundation, installation, double glazed door & windows, premium wpc engineered flooring, wi-fi controlled heating, lighting, sockets with USB charging points and a birch ply internal finish all come as standard.

No need for planning permission
Perfectly sized with a finished height of 2.5m meaning in most circumstances there is no planning requirement for Box Clad garden rooms and studios, therefore saving you time and effort. In other words, you get to enjoy your outdoor space sooner.

Strength and beauty in equal measure. Stained or left bare plywood creates an invitingly warm contemporary space. We also offer a lacquered birch ply version.

All year round
All our garden rooms and studios are fully PIR insulated meaning they can be used all year round. They will retain the heat in the winter whilst helping to keep you cooler in the summer. We also install a living roof as an optional extra.

Other considerations
Although Box Clad garden rooms and studios are fully finished and ready to go, there may be other elements that still need sorting.
Certified mains power & data connection
Your Box Clad garden room will be handed over to you fully wired and ready to go, however it will need connecting to the mains power and data by a qualified electrician. You can deal with this yourself, or alternatively we can handle it for you. A site visit from one of our recommended electricians will be required as mains connection is individually priced after our site visit.
Landscaping and groundworks
Quite often our clients have a Box Clad garden studio installed as part of a larger garden project. Although we don’t undertake any landscaping or groundworks ourselves we do work with a number of recommended landscaping partners that we’d be happy to introduce to you.
